Photo is taken in Florida, today. This massive sting ray migration has never been seen.  I am not a Biologist, however, from the photo this seems very organized.

Not to cause any alerts, but animals, including fish are very sensitive to changes and can predict danger, much sooner than humans can. Animals heading towards the mountain tops in Indonesia before the Tsunami, and FROGS migrating from the epicenter of the Chinese earthquake few days before it happened is one of many proofs for this. Lets hope the sting rays just don't like Florida and this isn't an omen to trouble.
