THE INTERNET'S 'ENEMIES': A dozen countries were deemed by Reporters Without Borders to be the most repressive at censorship.
THE CHANGES: The list is the same from last year, but the group finds China, Iran and Tunisia more sophisticated at censorship.
THE WATCH LIST: Several countries are being considered for possible inclusion next year. New ones in that group are Turkey and Russia.
