An earthquake has been registered in Western Greece earlier today, the American geological service announced, cited by  RIA Novosti.

The epicenter of the tremor measured 4,9 on Richer scale and was some 70km from Patra on Peloponnese peninsula. There is still no data about material damages or injured people.
