Janez Jansa files Lawsuit over TV Show PDF Print E-mail

The former Slovenian Prime Minister and the President of SDS Janez Jansa filed a damage claim, worth EUR 1.5 million, at the Court in Novo Mesto because of the TV special the Truth about Patria, reports Vecer.

Jansa is suing the Finnish TV Station YLE and its journalist Magnus Berglund, the Former Acting General Manager of Slovenian Police Bojan Potocnik and the General Manager of Sistemska Tehnika Milan Svajger for what his believes to be offensive allegations.

Jansa allegedly set aside EUR 11, 900 in administrative fees when filing a lawsuit. He will not sue others involved, including Milan M. Cvikl and Drago Kos, but suggested that the court takes measures against them, which the court denied.
