The former Slovenian Prime Minister and the President of SDS Janez
Jansa filed a damage claim, worth EUR 1.5 million, at the Court in Novo
Mesto because of the TV special the Truth about Patria, reports Vecer.
Jansa is suing the Finnish TV Station YLE and its journalist Magnus
Berglund, the Former Acting General Manager of Slovenian Police Bojan
Potocnik and the General Manager of Sistemska Tehnika Milan Svajger for
what his believes to be offensive allegations.
Jansa allegedly set aside EUR 11, 900 in administrative fees when
filing a lawsuit. He will not sue others involved, including Milan M.
Cvikl and Drago Kos, but suggested that the court takes measures
against them, which the court denied.
