Reports coming out of Milan are alleging that a spectator has died whilst watching the Derby Della Maddonina between Inter and Milan.

The man, in his 50s to 60s, suddenly collapsed to the ground, and was attended to by medical staff already within the San Siro Stadium, according to ANSA.

An attempt was made to revive him, but to no avail. Whilst being transported out of the ground and to hospital, he lost his life.

The final result was a 2-0 win to the Nerazzurri.
